# vDECO Weekly Rebase

What rate is best?

Anti-dilutive rebasing was a novel mechanism created to reward locks in the original Solidly. Since the original model protocols have experimented with many variations in terms of weekly percentages. With vDECO only requiring a one week lock it puts DECO in an experimental position to see what works and what doesn't. We will begin with a 15% weekly rebase. The rebase can be modified (anywhere from 0-30%) and will be subject to change based on DAO votes. The community can then decide what is best for the protocol in terms of value.

* vDECO holders receive an anti-dilutive rebase weekly
* 15% of emissions go to vDECO holders
* Rebase rate can be voted on by the community in the future
