Incentivized plugins. Build plugins for DECO, implement your own fee logic, earn as long as the plugin is being used.

On-chain governance. Fluid plugin voting and voter rewards, on-chain governance for adding/removing plugins. Governance minimized as much as possible. No revenue or treasury because revenues go straight to voters.
